The management and staff of the Service discussed the national plan together during a recent briefing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the session, Dr. Legesse highlighted significant economic indicators from 2017 (E.C.), including exports reaching 8.3 billion birr, agricultural output surpassing 1.2 billion quintals, and federal revenue totaling 1.2 trillion birr. He also emphasized that digital transformation in government services has notably improved governance efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The minister credited these accomplishments to a strategic approach rooted in public engagement, institutional development, and idea-driven planning. He reaffirmed the government\u2019s commitment to accelerate national projects while maintaining high standards of quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking ahead, Dr. Legesse outlined key initiatives for the upcoming year, such as constructing a domestic fertilizer factory, initiating crude oil production and supply, and launching new manufacturing industries.
