Over the course of yesterday, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed reviewed major development initiatives across Qellem Wollega Zone, East Wollega Zone, and West Wollega Zone in the Oromia Region, underscoring the strong growth and progress underway. From the Banana Cluster Farm and Qeto Irrigation Infrastructure Development Project enhancing agricultural productivity, to the Tulu Kapi Gold Development Project driving mining investment and job creation, alongside the Arjo Didessa Irrigation Project, Arjo Coal Processing Plant, and the Nekemte Corridor Development improving industry, energy, and connectivity, the Wollega zones are steadily transforming into vibrant centers of economic expansion, opportunity, and sustainable development.
