Exchange of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between Ethiopia and Liberia
Following their bilateral meeting, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and President Joseph Nyuma Boakai of Liberia presided over the exchange of two Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs). These agreements serve as a strategic foundation and tangible roadmap for future collaboration, focusing on Education, Artificial Intelligence, Science and Technology. These frameworks of cooperation ensure that the synergy between Ethiopia and Liberia will serve as a primary engine for regional integration and a model for what African nations can achieve through genuine collaboration.
