Today, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and President Daniel Francisco Chapo of Mozambique presided over the signing of several landmark Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) spanning Military Training, Urbanization and Housing, Health, Civil Aviation, Tourism, and Digital Transformation specifically in Digital ID & Digital Public Infrastructure. These agreements represent more than just policy; they are tangible pathways for shared prosperity.
