Previously, the country lacked the ability to test petroleum products domestically and provide quality assurance services. Establishing these facilities helps save a significant amount of foreign currency that the government used to spend on these services overseas. Additionally, this initiative is seen as an important step toward improving fuel quality and protecting the environment, helping create a cleaner, pollution-free area.
